Need an AI automation specialist in Lagos? Call/Whatsapp +2347067640768 Olivia Okonkwo builds simple systems that handle replies, follow ups and reports.
Most Lagos business owners I speak to are not short of ideas. They are short of hours. Someone is answering the same price question on WhatsApp for the tenth time today, someone else is copying orders into a spreadsheet, and the boss is chasing invoices at night. This is the work an AI automation specialist in Lagos takes off your hands.
My name is Olivia Okonkwo and I am an AI automation expert based in Ikeja. Here is what to look for when you hire an AI automation specialist in Lagos, so you pay for results and not for big talk.
A specialist connects the tools your business already pays for and automates the repetitive work between them, adding small AI steps where they help. In plain terms, leads from Instagram land in one list, a customer asking about delivery gets an instant reply, and a client who has not paid gets a reminder on day three without anyone lifting a finger
You reply to customers late because you are busy. You lose leads because nobody followed up. Your team spends hours on data entry. Your monthly report takes a whole weekend. If two or more of these sound familiar, automation will pay for itself quickly.
Ask them to explain their process before you pay a kobo. A good provider can describe how they work, shows results with businesses like yours, and is honest about what AI cannot do. Also ask who owns the system at the end. It should be yours, with the accounts opened in your name
I start with a short conversation about your daily work, then suggest the one or two tasks that will save you the most time. No pressure and no jargon.
