• Remaining balances must be paid in full upon project completion or as stated in your invoice.

• Ad budgets for Google, Meta, or YouTube Ads are billed separately and paid directly by the client.

• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and access to relevant accounts (website, social media, ad platforms).

• Approve deliverables promptly to avoid delays.

• Respect agreed timelines for feedback and payments.

4. Results Disclaimer

While we use proven strategies, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, leads, or sales. Performance is influenced by external factors like search engine algorithm changes, market trends, and competition.

5. Intellectual Property

• All original content, graphics, and marketing materials we create for you will belong to you after full payment is made.

• We reserve the right to display non confidential work in our portfolio.

6. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

We may use third-party platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Their terms and conditions apply to your campaigns, and we are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or restrictions made by these platforms.

We are not responsible for:
